Accessing
the justChat Service
The justChat service is accessed by dialling access 020
8150 xxxxx, entering your PIN xxxxxxxxxxx, and then dialling 1#
Your private PIN, and accesss number and username and password will
have been sent to your e-mail address. |
To
make low cost national and international calls:
Dial the number you want, followed by the # key, remembering to
use the international dialling code without 00
Example to call a UK number dial 44 (0) xxxxxxxxxxxxxx #
Example to call India dial 91 xxxxxxxxxxxx #
To make a follow-on call - dial *
To check balance at any time - dial *0#
To terminate the call - hang-up |

Records
To look at call records, please go to the Web Management area http://sip.phoneaccounts.com
and enter
Username: xxxxxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxxxx |
Topping-up
your account
You can top-up your justchatPIN on-line by using any of the top
up methods on our justchatPIN
payments page OR by visiting www.easy-dial.com/00_topup.asp
and entering your PIN number oOR By calling our Customer Services
on 0844 804 2802 Option 4 to speak
to a representative |
